Will you take my customer?

No. We only do relining. We don't offer general plumbing or drainage services to customers you refer, and we don't follow them up for other work.

Do I need to be on site?

No. Many referrers hand the job over once we have the footage. If you'd like to be there, or keep managing the customer yourself, that works too.

What size pipes do you reline?

Residential house drains through to larger commercial and municipal lines, plus manholes.

Can you work from my footage?

Usually, yes. If your footage shows the full run and access points clearly, we can scope from it. If not, we'll tell you before booking our own camera.

We look at your footage and come back with a scope and price. If we need our own camera through it first, we tell you before we book anything.

Clean, reline, cure. No excavation in the usual case.

A post-lining CCTV run confirms the repair. You get the footage and the report.

For CCTV operators: what to send us

If you've already filmed the line, send the footage and we can usually scope without a second camera visit. Helpful to include:

The footage file (or a link) and your inspection report if you write one
Site address and where the access points are
Pipe size, material and approximate length of the run, if known
What you found: cracks, root intrusion, displaced joints, infiltration, collapse
Who the customer is and whether you or we make contact
